I just find it sad. This is such a long list of stuff. When will women ever be free from all this and just ‘be’?

I turn 38 in a week, ive had a lot of time to experiment! I don't do all of these things all the itme - it's everything I've ever done to my face.

I don't think your comment about Dysport is correct- the injection paralyses the muscle which relaxes it.

In my opinion, it's keeping all your original attributes ans tructure in place. I haven't changed or manipulated the shape of my face via filler or botox (beyond the forehead and crows feet - which I think is pretty common for someone who is almost 40 like me.) A lot of people use botox near the jaw to snatch, I haven't done that but I've seen some great results on friends. I did get lip filler 1.5 years ago because I was getting crazy lip creasing from aging - but I get very very little and haven't gotten it in over a year. Just a touch to help smooth the lines when I wear lip stick :)
